You work towards working methods and reference architectures for data sharing in different sectors, such as logistics, smart industry, health and energy. The Data Ecosystems department has top experts and international galleon figures in the house when it comes to, for example, Data Spaces and Blockchain technologies. TNO is a frontrunner in the development of guidelines and platforms for data sharing, encryption, secure multi-party computing, semantics, data sovereignty and federated systems, which means we can be a valuable guide for organizations on all types of data issues. In addition, we have all the expertise and experience in house for the development and organization of efficient data ecosystems. It is up to you to bring all these different expertise and developments together to create solutions to our customers’ challenges.

As a consultant, you are the link between TNO and the outside world, where you are the point of contact for large international organizations, SMEs and industry associations. You translate state-of-the-art knowledge and technologies into concrete solutions and you connect people and organizations with each other.

You are a real bridge builder – between departments, between technology and the market and between people. You have an affinity with IT technology and you have experience with the different aspects of data sharing and the complexity that comes with it. You know how to translate our customers’ issues into clear specifications for your TNO colleagues, and you understand how to clearly present TNO’s innovative solutions to (potential) customers in a creative and enthusiastic way.

To combine innovative research with working with relevant practical applications in partnership with clients and other organizations; you will be happy about that. What else do you bring:

• A master’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, business information systems, business informatics, technical business administration, industrial engineering or operational research.
• Excessive interest in the technical side of IT and in particular knowledge of and professional experience with system integration.
• Experience with Agile working methods and experience with SAFe is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the industrial sector, logistics, mobility or energy.
• The driving force and the potential to (further) develop.
• Excellent oral and written skills in both Dutch and English.
